Diversity & Inclusion: In Search of Remarkable Talent

Shell wanted to equip its recruitment teams with practical guidance to help embed diversity and inclusion into every stage of the hiring process. The challenge was to transform an important corporate initiative into a resource that was engaging, easy to navigate and genuinely useful.

Working closely with Shell, we developed an interactive eBrochure that explains why diversity and inclusion matter – not only for building a more inclusive workplace, but also for driving innovation, strengthening decision-making and helping Shell remain competitive in a changing global energy market.

Together, we structured the content to support recruiters in understanding the role they play in achieving Shell's diversity objectives. Each chapter combines clear background information with practical advice and real-world examples that can be applied throughout the recruitment process.

To create an engaging user experience, we designed intuitive interactive navigation, including chapter links, quick-access buttons and connections to supporting resources. This made it easy for readers to explore the content and quickly find the information most relevant to them.

The result is a digital publication that transforms complex corporate content into an accessible learning experience, helping recruitment professionals adopt best practice while supporting Shell's long-term diversity and inclusion goals.
